Dining POD T&Cs

All Pod Bookings are NON Refundable and Non Exchangeable
Price includes private hire of the pod for up yo 8 guests, food and drink is not included and will billed separately by the venue
In the incredibly rare circumstance of a technical problem such as power cut, equipment failure at the venue we will offer you a re-schedule to any date, time & venue

Whilst we make every effort to make sure our pods are comfortable during different seasons and weather conditions, we cannot control the elements and encourage guests to dress appropriately and remember these are still outdoor dining pods
We are happy to re-schedule pod bookings to another date if you feel the weather is not appropriate for your dining experience
We do not offer refunds for weather conditions
It is always the customers responsibility to check weather forecasts prior to their visit, we will not refund booking fees if you turn up and decide the pod is too hot/cold for you
In extreme weather conditions, such as a heat wave, severe wind, Ice, rain or snow, we may close the pods for safety and offer a re-schedule or voucher to customers to re book another date
If the weather drops below freezing at the time of your booking, we recommend re-scheduling the pod for another date, it is the customers responsibility to check the temperature prior to your visit and organise a re-schedule for the pod booking

Smoking is NOT permitted in the POD or within a metre of the POD, if any burns or smoke smells are discovered on taking the POD down your will be liable for the bill for repairs or replacement items
Dogs are NOT permitted in the pods
Do not take open flames, lighters or candles into the POD
Pictures featured on the website & social media are for visual guide only and can sometimes be from previous years or different venues so may not be exactly as featured
The POD is made from PVC so no heaters (unless supplied by us) is to be taken into the POD
Do not in any way alter the construction, this includes moving the POD, unclipping pegs, poles and anything inside the POD, doing so may affect your safety and damage the POD
It is your responsibility to use the POD safely, we are not liable for any injury caused to yourself whilst using the POD
• The booking fee secures private hire of the pod For your allocated time slot
The customer will be liable for damage to the pod or it’s contents whilst using the pod.
Contents will be checked upon arrival & exit, customers will be liable for any missing items during your booking period.
Customer Cancellations
Bookings are non refundable or exchangeable
If you happen to be un well at the time of your booking we can re-schedule this for you to an available time or date once you're better
