Ibiza legend Mickey Jay from Subsume Records, ex manumission and Bar M Ibiza will be spinning an eclectic mix of deep & funky house with a French twist. Enjoy an evening of mixes of his custom made tracks mixing quirky beats and famous French tracks.
Performers & Dancers
Our multi skilled performers will brighten your evening and get the party started with a range of costume changes, dances & performances...taking inspiration from the famous Red Windmill itself.
Burlesque Performances
Burlesque professional Katie, will be performing between courses with a stunning burlesque routine to modern tracks with French influence.
Keeping it cheeky, fun and flirty, she will give a show stopping performance not to be missed.
Chef Freddie Innes
The incredible talented, Master chef semi-finalist Freddie will be cooking up a storm with a bespoke 3 course French inspired menu. Choose 3 courses from his beautiful menu with a range of meat & fish options. Freddie's food is not to be missed.
Live Singer
Professional singer and host Farli will be leading the show with show stopping songs from your favourite French playlist, including some silver screen and big screen favourites from shows such as Moulin Rouge, Burlesque & Emily in Paris, as well as some well know French classics.

Choose from one of our stunning Parisian styled pods or the main restaurant, which will be styled with Parisian inspired decor by our event stylist professionals @Valentina.
